The Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon (PACCO) is a welcoming and inclusive community. We are organized to build generational wealth to empower economic resiliency, affordable sustainability, and purpose-driven global commerce, especially for historically marginalized, economically disadvantaged, underserved, and under-resourced communities through relevant, impactful programs and meaningful connections. PACCO grounds its efforts in an equity framework and promotes economic opportunity, education, professionalism, and civic engagement, by providing scholarships, leadership training programs, and technical assistance.
