Ascend strives to support and empower Pan-Asian talent through impactful career lifecycle and cross-industry leadership training programs, networking and mentoring opportunities. In partnership with leading business organizations, the Ascend Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that drives research, cultivates DEI best practices, and advocates for greater awareness of the challenges facing the API community at work & beyond.
